600 Street Working Children Families Registered in Vocational Training Centers under the Joint Project of UNICEF-Help receive 2500 AFN Cash Support for the 3rd Month

Venue: Ansari Vocational Training Center/VTC and Mobile VTC in Kohsan District-Islam Qala Township

 

600 street working children families registered at Ansari Vocational Training Center and Mobile Vocational Training Center of Islam Qala township of Kohsan district under the joint project of UNICEF-Help (Livelihood Project) received 2500 AFN cash support from WFP for the 3rd month of the FFT/food for training.

With this round it has been three rounds of monthly cash support which was paid for every beneficiary of the project with the technical cooperation of Help and the financial support of WFP in close coordination with the Herat Department of Labor and Social Affairs.

Help has started the Vocational Training Courses for street working children with the financial support of UNICEF, Help HQ office and in cooperation with the Department of Labor and Social Affairs/DoLSA at Ansari Vocational Training Center and Mobile Vocational Training Center at Islam Qala township of Kohsan district in Herat province. In total 600 street working children or one of their eligible immediate family members have been registered for the first phase of the training at Ansari Vocational Training Center and Mobile Vocational Training Center in Herat province.
