- Child Protection in Emergency (CPiE) Project The CPiE project led by Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. Afghanistan country office provides child protection services to a total number of 76,885 the most deprived and at-risk individuals particularly, children affected by armed conflict, unsafe migration, and street children. Through this project, we support children, their families, communities, and community volunteers in the western zone to protect them from danger.The project aimed at supporting girls and boys affected by armed conflict in Herat, Farah, Ghor, and Badghis provinces of Afghanistan in terms of:
- Provision of child protection package of services (case management, PSS, safety and health awareness sessions including social reintegration)
- Provision of Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (EORE) for children, their caregivers, and community volunteers
- Provision of a multi-sectorial package of services including (Food, PSS, safety & health awareness) to orphans
