The capacity building training Sessions on NGO/Associations Strategic Planning for staff of Organization for Sustainable Aid in Afghanistan / OSAA and Women Empowerment and Social Association / WESA, was organized by Help in Herat Afghansitan . A 3 half day training took place at WESA conference room from Sunday 02th to Tuesday 04th February, 2020. Sohrab Faizy Help’s master trainer gave the opening remarks encouraging the participants to take the training seriously with the aims of enhancing their knowledge on how to develop their organization/ association strategic plan.
The objectives of the training were:
Understand the definition of strategic plan.
Understand the terms; vision, mission and values.
Distinguish goal and objectives.
Understand SWOT & PEST analysis.
Develop implementation plan.
Develop M&E plan.
Be familiarized with M&E term.
Draft/develop a strategic plan for their organizations/association.
