Successful working group of Cooking, Dairy & food Process class

Miss Aziza with her sisters Najiba and Asefa graduated from “Cooking, Dairy & Food Process” vocation in Ansari VTC with excellent grades in June 2017. These girls, in collaboration with the Employment Services Center – run by OSAA– set up a working group and launched a food production named “Ahmadyar Sisters” labeled as “Torsh & Shirin Productions”. Miss Aziza, 22, is the head of this group and providing unique and high quality products to Herat market is the goal of this working group.

With the loss of her father because of cancer and for livelihoods and the welfare of her family, she had to leave Ghorian district and move to Herat city with her family. She and her sisters could not continue higher education after high school and began to work to afford education costs of their two brothers.

With endless pleasure for learning “Cooking, Dairy & Food Process” vocation in Help Ansari VTC and job facilitation, professional and technical support in Small Businesses start-up and in receiving support kits from OSAA Employment Services Center, Miss Aziza reminded that these trainings and supports have transformed their lives and generated income for their family. She added that no woman should be disappointed with her life and shall stand on her feet and try to create a happy life for herself and her family.

At the end, she appreciates Help, OSAA and WFP for providing trainings, small business start-up and providing support during and after training.
