Certificate distribution ceremony for fifth and sixth rounds internship graduates of IARCSC Training Center was held in Qazi Shah Amanullah Hall.

Asiluddin Jami, vice-governor of Herat, Al-Haj Abdul Salam Salam, Head of west zone IARCSC, Mr. Mohammad Ali Soroosh, Help Capacity Building Program Director, Heads of different govt. depts., I/NGOs, Civil Society Organization, Help INGO officials, trainers and fifth and sixth training rounds’ graduates attended the ceremony.

Head of west zone IARCSC, Al-Haj Abdul Salam Salam while congratulating the graduates of these rounds stated that 63 female university graduates successfully passed fifth and sixth rounds of capacity building internship program and received certificates from which 24 succeeded to find job.

Ms. Elaha Banayi, one of fifth rounds’ graduates introduced subjects they learned during this 6-month theory and practical training, including management, project cycle management, good governance, English, computer and ecology management. She also talked about experiences and skills they have learnt in this training such as communication, commitment, information technology and other practical skills in the workplace and asked govt. officials to provide more facilities in employment for the graduates of these trainings.

Then, Mr. Soroosh while congratulating the graduates of these two rounds emphasized that completion of this training equals one year work experience and will facilitate employment. He added that presently 90 graduates of the internship program secured job in governmental organizations, private sectors and international organizations.

In the end, a number of graduates asked some questions on employment process in govt. depts. and the possibility of continuation of the program by IARCSC after end of Help capacity building program that were answered by Al-Haj Abdul Salam Salam and other relevant officials of the IARCSC.

The ceremony ended with distribution of certificates of fifth and sixth internship graduates.
