According to the MoU between Help INGO and Herat Dept. of Labor and Social Affairs, a three-month capacity building training was held from 1/8/2018 to 17/11/2018 by master trainer, Sima Hashimi on teaching methods for staffs of Herat Department of Labor and Social Affairs, in Women Economic and Services Cooperative’s hall.

In this class, topics such as: 32 new teaching methods, communication management, psychological issues, and motivation management were presented which was welcomed by the participants.

It is worth mentioning that 27 kindergartens and orphanages’ teachers of DoLSA had participated in this training. In this training different teaching methods like group work, discussion, lecture, question and answer, educational clips, pictures, snow ball, role playing and etc… were used which motivated the audience.

At the end of this three-month training program, a graduation ceremony was organized. Mohammad Yosouf Hekmat Human Resource Manager of DoLSA and Mohammad Ali Soroosh, program Director of Help organization attended this ceremony and talked on the subject. Audience of this ceremony showed their full satisfaction of this training program, teaching method, effectiveness of the topics and wished that such trainings continue for other teachers.At the end, one of the teachers spoke on behalf of participants and emphasized: “the subjects taught in this class were useful and we all learnt a lot. We try to apply the topics that we learnt from this class and from the teacher. She said “the training are vital for all teachers and at the same time useful and has a noticeable effect on improvement of teaching situation”.

The graduation ceremony ended with distribution of the certificates which were prepared by Help organization and DoLSA and collecting the suggestions and recommendations of the participants.
