Teacher training and Curriculum Development based on National Standards for Job Skills

Experts of Standards and Curriculum Development unit of General Directorate of NSDP-MoLSAMD arranged technical and professional trainings on curriculum development based on work skills and national standards for 11 trainers of Bamyan DoLSA’s VTCs, 43 trainers of AABRAR NGO and 6 trainers from Help INGO on 10-11.July.2017 and 12-13.July.2017.

The system, which is still one of the best systems in the vocational and technical education sector worldwide, enables the students to acquire the expected capability and competency of the work area. An education system based on capability and competency has been emphasized on lifelong learning and the trainee is properly evaluated in different stages.
